  • The amount of payment to be fixed by you is regularly withdrawn from your QNB Finansbank credit card or demand deposit account and transferred to your Gold Accumulating Account.
  • There is no cap or floor for opening an account.
  • The minimum order amount is 0,5 gr while the maximum is 100 gr.
  • You can give order for 0,5 gr and multiples.
  • Interim payments can be made to Gold Accumulating Account.
  • You can make interim payments from your QNB Finansbank credit card or demand account any time.
  • Interim payments can be made in minimum1 gr and maximum 10.000 gr.
  • The term of order for Gold Accumulating Account is minimum 5 years and maximum 10 years.
  • Upon expiry of the term of order designated, the amount accumulated is paid lump sum to your linked demand gold account.
  • You can use your demand TRY or demand gold account for the orders from account.
  • By giving order from our branches, you can transfer your gold balance to your demand gold account on a given date without closing your Gold Accumulating Account or canceling automatic payment order. If you pay from your credit card, your last amount of installment will be transferred to your demand account one day after the payment due date of your card.
    • For effecting the payments concerning Gold Accumulating Account ordered through credit card, your card should be available for mail order and the card limit should be sufficient for the monthly installment.
    • If you do not have a demand gold account for the transfer of accumulated amount while closing your Gold Accumulating Account, a demand gold account will be open with Gold Accumulating Account.
  • If you withdraw money from or close your Gold Accumulating Account, the gold balance on that date is transferred to your linked demand gold account. You can make this transaction through QNB Finansbank branches only. You can exchange the gold at your demand gold account and transfer the amount your demand TRY account, through our branches or Online Banking by using "Foreign Exchange Selling" transaction menu on the exchange rate prevailing on that day.
  • You can direct all your complaints and feedback through telephone banking at 0850 222 0900 and 0850 222 2900 or through QNB Finansbank website.
