Account Closing Transactions

Information on Account Closing Transactions

Your accounts at our bank on which no activity has been performed for at least 180 consecutive days are considered inactive account.

By closing your inactive account at no charge before the collection date of account maintenance fee, through one of the methods of your choice below, you can be exempt from the account maintenance fee accruing over the relevant period.

To close your account, you can choose any of the methods below.

You Can Close Your Account Through QNB Finansbank Branches

To perform your account closing transaction, apply to the nearest QNB Finansbank Branch with a valid identity document (ID card, passport or driver's license)

You Can Close Your Account Through QNB Finansbank Telephone Banking

To close your account, connect to the customer representative by following Other Transactions ->"Banking Transactions" -> "Information Update" steps through QNB Finansbank Telephone Banking (0850 222 0 900) and perform your account closing transaction.

You Can Close Your Account Through QNB Finansbank Internet Branch

After logging into QNB Finansbank Internet Branch, find Accounts -> Close Account menu to close your account.

At least 30 days prior to collection period for the related account maintenance fee of your inactive account, you will be sent information notice through SMS, e-mail or mail to your registered contact information at our bank.

Unless you close your inactive accounts until the collection date of account maintenance fee, the related account maintenance fee will be collected.
