Who can benefit from Discount Airport VIP Transfer Service?

You can benefit from the Discount Airport VIP Transfer Service with any of your QNB First brand credit cards as a QNB First client.

How can I benefit from Discount Airport VIP Transfer Service?

All you have to do is make a reservation by calling the QNB First Service Line no. +90 216 522 49 59 at least 12 hours prior to your transfer 7 days a week.

Discount Airport VIP Transfer Service is available from a specific address to the airport or from the airport to a specific address.

You need to notify your requests for change by calling the QNB First Service Line for 7 days and 24 hours, at least 12 hours before for your transfer for requests for change and at least 8 hours before your transfer for your cancellation requests. 

There should be at least 1.5 hours between QNB First clients’ requests for discount airport VIP transfers that will start on the same date and at the same address.

In which cities is the Discount Airport VIP Transfer Service available?

Discount Airport VIP Transfers with private driver are available for points starting from or ending in Istanbul, Ankara, Izmir (including Çeşme), Antalya Airport and Bodrum, Istanbul Airport, Sabiha Gökçen Airport, Esenboğa Airport, Adnan Menderes Airport, Antalya Airport and Milas-Bodrum Airport. However, There is no transfer available between two cities or uptown districts within the scope of our service.

To be a QNB First client, your average monthly savings for 1 calendar month should be TRY 150,000 or above and to be a QNB First Plus client, your average monthly savings for 1 calendar month should be TRY 450,000 or above. To be a QNB Finansbank Private Banking client your average monthly savings for 1 calendar month should be TRY 1,500,000 or above. Your savings in enpara.com are not included in the savings average in QNB Finansbank.

  • Pricing

In order to benefit from the Discount Airport VIP Transfer Service, you must make your payment with QNB First or Miles&Smiles QNB First credit card and make a reservation 12 hours before by calling QNB First Service Line at +90 216 522 49 59. QNB First credit card and supplementary card holders may benefit from the Discount Airport VIP Transfer Service if they are a member of QNB First.

  • Passenger delays

In the event of a client delay, no cost will be charged to QNB First clients for the first 15 minutes of the delay. If the client doesn’t arrive even after a waiting time of 30 minutes, the car will return and the whole transfer fee will be deducted from the credit card of the client.

  • Routes with Tolls

If, on the demand of our customers, Avrasya Tunnel or Yavuz Sultan Selim Bridge routes are used, additional fees will be charged for the relevant tolls. 

  • Vehicle delays

If the vehicle is delayed by 10 minutes provided that it notifies the QNB First member, there will be no additional discount applied on the fee that will be paid by the client. However, in the event of delays between 10-20 minutes TRY 20, and in the event of delays between 20-30 minutes TRY 40 will be deducted from the fee to be paid by the client at the end of the journey.

  • Change of reservation or delays in cancellation notifications

You need to notify your requests for change by calling the QNB First Service Line for 7 days and 24 hours, at least 12 hours before your transfer for requests for change and at least 8 hours before your transfer for your cancellation requests.  In special cases, you may need to request your reservation, change or cancellations earlier than these hours. Where you do not follow the time frames required for notification of changes and cancellations, an amount of TRY 40 for cancellations up to 50 km, and TRY 100 for cancellations more than 50 km will be deducted from your QNB First or Xclusive credit card.

For the same card holder, the time period between the transfers from the given address and sequential transfers in the same day should be at least 1.5 hours.

If the client leaves without waiting for the vehicle despite the necessary notification by TAV İşletme Hizmetleri, the company or our Bank will not have any liability for compensation.

All clients wishing to benefit from Discount Airport VIP Transfer Service are deemed to have read and accepted all conditions about transfers, payments and waiting fees. Discount Airport VIP Transfer Service is provided by TAV İşletme Hizmetleri on behalf of QNB Finansbank. QNB Finansbank reserves the right to change price and content of Discount Airport VIP Transfer Service depending on the market conditions and to stop the service. The service, advantages and conditions are valid as of 15.04.2019. Any request, demand and complaint you submit to our bank in this respect will be forwarded to the service provider.

In accordance with the General Communiqué No. 243 on Tax Procedure Code and the General Communiqué No. 246 on Tax Procedure Code, Banks are obliged to issue an account statement instead of an invoice that will serve as the basis of the records of their service and sales transactions. Since bank statements are deemed as account extracts in credit card transactions, services received by using our Bank’s credit cards are indicated in detail in the bank statements. Thus, clients requesting invoices for the aforementioned transactions may use their bank statements as the proof of transaction.

How much Gift Money can I use?
You may use Gift Money from TRY 150 to TRY 1,500 depending on your limit and according to the evaluation of the bank.

How can I use Gift Money for purchasing tickets?
You will be included in the program after purchasing a ticket of 150 TL or more from QNB Finansbank POS via QNB First Service Line.

How can I find out about my Gift Money limit?
To find out your available Gift Money, write HEDIYE, leave a space, write the last 4 digits of your card and send it to 2273.

In how many months do I have to fulfill my expenditure commitment?

You need to fulfill your expenditure commitment in 12 months for Gift Money between TRY 150-500 and in 18 months for Gift Money above TRY 500. The Gift Money amount that can be exhausted within a month is limited to TRY 150.

How can I keep track of my expenditure commitment?

You can find out about your remaining expenditure commitment from the online branch, your account statements, or by writing and sending KALAN to 2273.

Where I can fulfill my expenditure commitment?

Except for cash advance and instant credit transactions from your credit card, all your spending will be included in your shopping commitment.

What happens if I return the ticket I purchased with Gift Money?

In case that the purchase you earned Gift Money is returned in whole or in part, the portion remaining below the expenditure commitment will be reflected on your statement.

What happens if I fail to fulfill my expenditure commitment?

The remaining Gift Money balance that remains below your expenditure commitment at the end of the period indicated will be reflected to your account statement. For example, if you fail to fulfill your expenditure commitment for Gift Money of TRY 50, TRY 50 will be reflected to your card at the end of maturity date.

Every purchase of TRY 100 closes a Gift Money balance of TRY 1. If there is a balance remaining after deducting the expenditure commitment at the end of the specified period, the remaining Gift Money balance will be reflected on the statement. For example, if you fail to fulfill your expenditure commitment for Gift Money of TRY 50, TRY 50 will be reflected to your card at the end of maturity date.

Campaign Conditions

  • QNB Finansbank consumer credit card holders who make their payments on a regular basis and whose limit is at least TRY 1,875 can benefit from the campaign.
  • To benefit from the campaign, they must re-connect to the QNB First Service Line once more after purchasing a flight ticket of TRY 150 or above via the QNB First Service Line, join the Gift Money campaign and make an expenditure commitment.
  • In accordance with the client-specific evaluation results, the client may be offered Gift Money for all or part of the purchase made.
  • After the approval of participation, the amount of Gift Money will be refunded in the first statement of the relevant card for batch payment purchases, and as installments as of the first statement in case of installment transactions.
  • The maximum amount of Gift Money that a client may receive as an offer at a single time is TRY 1,500, and the total of all Gift Money usages with an open balance may not exceed this amount.
  • A 12-month expenditure commitment have to be made for Gift Money offers up to TRY 500, whereas an 18-month expenditure commitment have to be made for Gift Money usages more than TRY 500.
  • Every purchase of TRY 100 closes a Gift Money balance of TRY 1. If there is a balance remaining after deducting the expenditure commitment at the end of the specified period, the remaining Gift Money balance will be reflected on the statement.
  • The Gift Money amount that can be closed within a month is limited to TRY 150.
  • The expenditure commitment only includes purchases; cash advance and instant loan transactions will not be included in the expenditure commitment.
  • In case that the purchase earning you Gift Money is returned in whole or in part, the remaining balance in the expenditure commitment will be reflected on your statement.
  • CardFinans and Fix Card holders have the right to use the Gift Money only once. 
  • CardFinans Xtra, QNB First BÜMED, BÜMED Xclusive, QNB First Doctors, Doctors Xclusive, QNB First, Xclusive and Private credit card holders, on the other hand, may obtain a second right to use Gift Money in case that they realize 95% of the expenditure commitment they made in return for Gift Money usage. A new Gift Money will be offered if the whole expenditure commitment made in return for the two Gift Money is realized. One may constantly use the privilege of Gift Money in such a manner that there is 2 open Gift Money usages simultaneously.
  • Supplementary cards cannot use Gift Money, but purchases made with the supplementary cards that are linked to the original card making use of Gift Money are included in the expenditure commitment.
  • Gift Money does not apply to commercial usages. Even if they benefit from the Gift Money, it will be reclaimed.
  • It is forbidden for the client to consistently use his/her credit card for commercial purposes. In case they do so, the client cannot benefit from the Gift Money. If the client's credit card is found to be used in such a way, the Bank shall have the authority to cancel the card and to withdraw the Gift Money amount without any notice.
  • If your credit card limit is lowered due to irregularity of your payments and you have a remaining balance in your expenditure commitment while your expenditure commitment is still active, the remaining Gift Money balance will be withdrawn.
  • Gift Money cannot be used with the purchases made with Money Points.

QNB First credit card holders use 2 times the value of their MoneyPoints earned from flight ticket purchases. If your MoneyPoints do not cover your entire ticket fee, you can also pay the remaining amount in one go or in four installments from your credit card.

Service Details:

  • QNB First credit card holders can benefit from this service with 4 times more valuable MoneyPoints and Private card holders can benefit with 5 times more valuable MoneyPoints.
  • This is valid for all airline flight tickets purchased from the ETS menu through QNB First Service Line +90 216 522 49 59.
  • ETStur's working hours are 09.00 - 19.00 on weekdays and 09.00 - 14.00 on Saturdays for your transactions.
  • A service fee of TRY 15, including VAT will be added to each domestic flight ticket you purchase and €25, including VAT, will be added to each international flight ticket you purchase.
  • Only MoneyPoints from purchases can be used for value.
  • Tickets purchased via QNB First Service Line cannot be refunded except flight cancellations arising from airline companies.

4 installments are offered for Duty Free Expenditures equaling in a lump to TRY 150 and above or in equivalent foreign currency equivalent at Sabiha Gökçen Airport via QNB First brand credit cards. Service Details :

  • The campaign is valid until 31 December 2019. QNB Finansbank reserves the right to extend the campaign and terminate it early.
