You can benefit from the Discount Airport VIP Transfer Service with any of your QNB First brand credit cards as a QNB First client.
How can I benefit from Discount Airport VIP Transfer Service?
All you have to do is make a reservation by calling the QNB First Service Line no. +90 216 522 49 59 at least 12 hours prior to your transfer 7 days a week.
Discount Airport VIP Transfer Service is available from a specific address to the airport or from the airport to a specific address.
You need to notify your requests for change by calling the QNB First Service Line for 7 days and 24 hours, at least 12 hours before for your transfer for requests for change and at least 8 hours before your transfer for your cancellation requests.
There should be at least 1.5 hours between QNB First clients’ requests for discount airport VIP transfers that will start on the same date and at the same address.
In which cities is the Discount Airport VIP Transfer Service available?
Discount Airport VIP Transfers with private driver are available for points starting from or ending in Istanbul, Ankara, Izmir (including Çeşme), Antalya Airport and Bodrum, Istanbul Airport, Sabiha Gökçen Airport, Esenboğa Airport, Adnan Menderes Airport, Antalya Airport and Milas-Bodrum Airport. However, There is no transfer available between two cities or uptown districts within the scope of our service.
To be a QNB First client, your average monthly savings for 1 calendar month should be TRY 175,000 or above and to be a QNB First Plus client, your average monthly savings for 1 calendar month should be TRY 500,000 or above. To be a QNB Finansbank Private Banking client your average monthly savings for 1 calendar month should be TRY 1,750,000 or above. Your savings in enpara.com are not included in the savings average in QNB Finansbank.
In order to benefit from the Discount Airport VIP Transfer Service, you must make your payment with QNB First or Miles&Smiles QNB First credit card and make a reservation 12 hours before by calling QNB First Service Line at +90 216 522 49 59. QNB First credit card and supplementary card holders may benefit from the Discount Airport VIP Transfer Service if they are a member of QNB First.

In the event of a client delay, no cost will be charged to QNB First clients for the first 15 minutes of the delay. If the client doesn’t arrive even after a waiting time of 30 minutes, the car will return and the whole transfer fee will be deducted from the credit card of the client.
If, on the demand of our customers, Avrasya Tunnel or Yavuz Sultan Selim Bridge routes are used, additional fees will be charged for the relevant tolls.
If the vehicle is delayed by 10 minutes provided that it notifies the QNB First member, there will be no additional discount applied on the fee that will be paid by the client. However, in the event of delays between 10-20 minutes TRY 20, and in the event of delays between 20-30 minutes TRY 40 will be deducted from the fee to be paid by the client at the end of the journey.
- Change of reservation or delays in cancellation notifications
You need to notify your requests for change by calling the QNB First Service Line for 7 days and 24 hours, at least 12 hours before your transfer for requests for change and at least 8 hours before your transfer for your cancellation requests. In special cases, you may need to request your reservation, change or cancellations earlier than these hours. Where you do not follow the time frames required for notification of changes and cancellations, an amount of TRY 40 for cancellations up to 50 km, and TRY 100 for cancellations more than 50 km will be deducted from your QNB First or Xclusive credit card.
For the same card holder, the time period between the transfers from the given address and sequential transfers in the same day should be at least 1.5 hours.
If the client leaves without waiting for the vehicle despite the necessary notification by TAV İşletme Hizmetleri, the company or our Bank will not have any liability for compensation.
All clients wishing to benefit from Discount Airport VIP Transfer Service are deemed to have read and accepted all conditions about transfers, payments and waiting fees. Discount Airport VIP Transfer Service is provided by TAV İşletme Hizmetleri on behalf of QNB Finansbank. QNB Finansbank reserves the right to change price and content of Discount Airport VIP Transfer Service depending on the market conditions and to stop the service. The service, advantages and conditions are valid as of 15.04.2019. Any request, demand and complaint you submit to our bank in this respect will be forwarded to the service provider.
In accordance with the General Communiqué No. 243 on Tax Procedure Code and the General Communiqué No. 246 on Tax Procedure Code, Banks are obliged to issue an account statement instead of an invoice that will serve as the basis of the records of their service and sales transactions. Since bank statements are deemed as account extracts in credit card transactions, services received by using our Bank’s credit cards are indicated in detail in the bank statements. Thus, clients requesting invoices for the aforementioned transactions may use their bank statements as the proof of transaction.
