Campaign details:

  • Within the scope of the campaign, you can earn QNB First Points as much as the amount of your spendings from restaurant expenses of 150 TL or more at once.
  • In order to earn QNB First Points from restaurant expenditures, the membered merchant must operate in the catering sector and the merchant’s sector code must be food / restaurant.
  • Only QNB First, QNB First Doctors, QNB First Bumed and Private card holders will be eligible for the campaign, and additional card, virtual card and ParaPuan will not be included in the campaign.
  • You cannot earn QNB First Points from restaurant expenses if you already have one of the Miles&Smiles QNB Finansbank, Miles&Smiles QNB First or credit cards. You can earn Miles for your restaurant expenses from these cards.
  • You must log in to QNB First Digital* to start making use of the campaign.
  • You must be in QNB First, QNB First Plus or Private Banking * segments in order to use QNB First Points within the scope of the campaign.
  • The QNB First Points earned from campaign are valid for 3 years from the date of earning.
  • QNB Finansbank reserves the right to change the campaign terms and to terminate the campaign within the framework of changing conditions. In such a case, you will be informed by SMS.

From January 1, 2020, our QNB First and QNB First Plus members who hold  Miles&Smiles QNB Finansbank credit cards will enjoy the privilege of earning miles as much as their spending amounts in the restaurant expenses of 150 TL or more at once in one weekend. 

Campaign details:

  • QNB First, QNB First Plus and Private Banking members can benefit from the campaign. Our other customers will continue to earn Miles with their current Miles acquisition rates.
  • The miles you earn from the campaign will be transferred to your Miles&Smiles membership account with your first receipt to be cut.
  • The 100% mile retrieval ratio offered under the campaign is final and independent of your Miles&Smiles membership status in Turkish Airlines. Membership status has no effect on earnings.
  • In order to earn Miles from restaurant expenditures, the membered merchant must be active in the catering sector and the merchant’s sector code must be food / restaurant.
  • In the situations that the transaction of gained Miles is taken back, the miles will be reflected on your card as much as the Miles amount you earned before. If your total miles accrual in the relevant extract is minus on the statement cut date, this overdraft balance will be closed initially with the Miles in your Miles&Smiles membership account. If your Miles&Smiles membership account does not have enough Miles, the remaining minus Miles balance will be transfered on your next statement as a minus Miles transaction.
  • You will continue to earn Miles from the domestic restaurant expenditures below 150 TL to be made at the weekends and the restaurant expenditures made abroad at the weekend with the rates of the related sectors. You would not earn Miles from your expenses if you reach the monthly Miles earning limit.
  • The Bank reserves the right to make adjustments to the terms and conditions of the campaign, to open the campaign or to temporarily halt the campaign.
  • You must be a member of QNB First, QNB First Plus or Private Banking* segments in order to use Miles within the scope of the campaign.

Who can benefit from free dry cleaning service?

QNB First clients with QNB First brand credit cards, Miles&Smiles QNB Finansbank credit cards and supplementary card holders may benefit from free two-piece dry cleaning service in each calendar month at contracted Dry Centers.
Moreover, QNB First clients with QNB First brand credit cards will benefit from dry cleaning services for free in the following manner : 1-piece of free dry cleaning for QNB First Customers and a 25% discount on other pieces, 2 pieces of free dry cleaning for QNB First Plus Customers and and a 25% discount on other pieces, 3 pieces of free dry cleaning for Private Banking Customers and a 25% discount on other pieces. 

Our clients with charged QNB First credit card, Miles&Smiles QNB Finansbank credit card and supplementary cards will benefit from a 25% discount in the relevant month without any other conditions.

How can I benefit from free dry cleaning service?

You need to make a reservation by calling the QNB First Service Line at +90 216 522 49 59 every day except public holidays and Sundays between 09.00-18.00. QNB First Customers will benefit from 1-piece of  dry cleaning service for QNB First customers or 2-piece of dry cleaning service for QNB First plus customers or 3-piece of  dry cleaning service for Private Banking customers featuring free home deliveries everywhere in Istanbul.

For other provinces, you must have one of your QNB First brand credit cards or Miles&Smiles credit card with you when you deliver your products to the Dry Center branches.

In which provinces is the free dry cleaning service available?

Your clothes will be taken from your address on the next day of your reservation request in the province of Istanbul. They will be delivered to your address clean 2 days after taking in delivery. You may benefit from free dry cleaning services in  Ankara, Antalya, Aydin, Bursa, Denizli, Diyarbakir, Erzurum, Eskişehir, İzmir, Kayseri, Konya, Malatya, Mersin, Rize, Samsun, Şanlıurfa and Trabzon outside Istanbul.

  • You can benefit from our dry cleaning service with all QNB First, Miles&Smiles credit card or Xclusive brand credit cards.
  • A pre-provision of TRY 0,01 for inquiry purposes will be deducted from your credit card at Dry Center branches. A pre-provision of TRY 0,01 will be deducted from your card for monitoring purposes of your free usage rights. This amount will not be reflected on your credit card.
  • Free Dry Cleaning Service is valid for two pieces of products delivered at a single time in the month.
  • If you deliver one piece of product at a time, your free dry cleaning right for that month expires and you may benefit from 25% discount over the Dry Center’s dry cleaning price list for your next dry cleaning services.
  • For your orders with more than two pieces of products at a single time, two products with the lowest cleaning price will be cleaned free of charge, while you benefit from 25% discount over dry cleaning price list of Dry Center for the products aside from those two.
  • After using two piece free services for the relevant month, you can have as many products as you wish dry cleaned with a 25% discount without monthly usage limitation.
  • 1 piece of textile product, including coats, topcoats and overcoats, is considered a single piece within the scope of dry cleaning service. Suits are considered as 2 pieces.
  • Home textile products, suits made of silk, women’s evening dresses, wedding dresses, tuxedos, coats made of goose feather or feather, skiing suits, nubuck products, chamois products, napa products, products with satin and silk fabric quality, products that require private action and any kind of suede leather are not covered within the scope of free of charge usage.
  • For these products, you can get the 25% discounted dry cleaning service on the basis of Dry Center price list, exclusively for QNB First members.
  • Free dry cleaning use cannot be transferred to the next month.
  • For free home delivery service within the province of Istanbul, reservation must be made via QNB First Service Line at +90 216 522 49 59. The clients must present their QNB First, Miles&Smiles, QNB First Doctors and QNB First BÜMED cards for product deliveries in provinces other than Istanbul. The free service cannot be granted if the client does not present a QNB First, QNB First Doctors and QNB First BÜMED card.
  • QNB Finansbank A.Ş. does not have any liabilities for the dry cleaning service offered to QNB First, Miles&Smiles, QNB First Doctors and QNB First BÜMED clients. Any demands, requests and complaints regarding the services offered to clients shall be forwarded to the service provider.

  • In order to benefit from our private driver service, you have to make a reservation via Private Banking Service Line at +90 216 522 49 59  at least 3 hours before your transfer.
  • Once you make your reservation, the name and the mobile phone number of the driver will be sent you as  text message. 

Pricing

  • Discounted Private Chauffeur service transportation fee is calculated at a 50% discount rate. Private Chauffeur Service reservations will be based on the service duration between the time when the driver meets you and the time when they drop you off at the address you requested.

Changes to Reservations or Delays in Cancellation Notifications

  • You have to call Private Banking Service Line at +90 216 522 49 59  between working hours (9.00:-23.00) at least 1 hour before your transfer to make a request for cancellation. Working hours are between 09:00-23:00, 7 days a week.
  • If the cancellation request is made less than 1 hour before the service time, 50% of the service fee will be collected. If there is a change related to the location where the client and the driver will meet, this information must be given at least 1 hour before the service time.
  • All liabilities related to private driver, car inspection, taking the car in for service and tire replacement services offered to Private or Miles&Smiles Private brand credit card holders belong to the service provider (Alfred Concierge Tanıtım Hizmetleri TİC. A.Ş.) and QNB Finansbank A.Ş. shall not have any liabilities in this regard. For all your requests, demands and complaints regarding the private driver, car inspection, taking the car in for service and tire replacement services, call the service provider (Alfred Concierge Tanıtım Hizmetleri TİC. A.Ş.) at 444 82 53. Any requests, demands and complaints you submit to our bank in this respect will be forwarded to the service provider.

  • Your vehicle can be picked up from your house, your office or from the airport, and be dropped off at any address you want. 
  • Car inspection, taking the car in for service and tire replacement take 1 day. Your car will be picked up from the airport, the shopping mall, your house or your office in the morning, and you will be met at your desired location by your car with its inspection done, taken in for service or tires replaced. Car inspection, taking the car in for service and tire replacement take 1 day. Pricing

  • Discounted Private Chauffeur service transportation fee is calculated at a 15% discount rate.
  • Clients who wish to benefit from the services regarding vehicle inspection, taking the car in for service and tire replacement are deemed to have accepted that they are going to pay Alfred Service Fee and TÜVTÜRK’s vehicle inspection fee.

General Conditions

  • Discounted Private Chauffeur and Vehicle Maintenence services are provided by Alfred. Alfred is responsible for any situation that may occur during the service.
  • QNB Finansbank reserves the right to change the service, terms of service and contents of the services including the private driver, car inspection, taking the car in for service and tire replacement.
  • Clients wishing to benefit from QNB First Alfred private driver, to have their car inspected or taken in for service, and tire replacement services, are deemed to have read and accepted all conditions about transfers, payments and waiting fees.
  • QNB Finansbank A.Ş. does not have any liabilities with regards to private drivers, car inspections, taking the car in for service and tire replacements offered to Private Banking clients. Any demands, requests and complaints regarding the services offered to clients shall be forwarded to the service provider.
  • All liabilities related to private driver, car inspection, taking the car in for service and tire replacement services offered to Private or QNB Private Miles&Smiles brand credit card holders belong to the service provider (Alfred Concierge Tanıtım Hizmetleri TİC. A.Ş.) and QNB Finansbank A.Ş. shall not have any liabilities in this regard.
