The credit card limit is determined for your domestic and international expenses and cash withdrawals. The limit determined is specific to you and all your QNB Finansbank personal credit card limits are the same.
In line with the legal regulations, your total credit card limit at all banks may exceed 2 times the annual monthly average net income for the first year and 4 times your monthly income in the following years.
What is the Standard Limit?
This is the limit you can use for domestic and foreign shopping and cash withdrawals.
What is an Emergency Limit?
It is the limit consisting of the sum of your standard limit and the additional limit that you can only use in the payments at hospitals, Automatic Invoice Payment instructions and the CardFinans Statement Security insurance premium payments. The additional limit is defined according to the information of our clients, who are found eligible by the assessment by the bank.

What is the Periodic Limit Increase Instruction?
This is an instruction you can easily give to increase your limit if you do not have any different request after being informed of the possible limit increase 15 days in advance. Your eligibility for this instruction will be determined upon regular evaluations of your credit card limit.
If you have a periodic limit increase instruction, we inform you before we increase your limit and if you do not have any objections, we increase your limit after the final assessment. If you do not want to increase your limit, text No as an SMS to 2273 or call +90 850 222 0900 to submit your request that you do not want to increase the limit for this period. You may cancel your periodic limit increase instructions at any time by calling our Call Center.
