Emergency Cash Withdrawal Service

You are abroad and need urgent cash?

Don't worry, QNB First is always by your side!

We are by the side of our QNB First and Private Banking members in their travels to London. To benefit from the Emergency Cash Withdrawal Service, you can go to QNB London branch and follow the directions of the client representatives. This service is limited to the situation where eligible QNB Finansbank customers cannot use their QNB Finansbank credit cards or debit cards due to loss or theft.

Terms of Service:
With the Emergency Cash Withdrawal service, you can withdraw cash in QNB London for up to a total of £ 9,000 per month. You can request emergency cash withdrawal from QNB London between 09:00-15:00 in UK local time by presenting your passport.

If the day of emergency cash withdrawal is a public holiday in Turkey, your transaction will be processed on the following business day. The amount requested from QNB London will be transferred from your account in the same currency at QNB Finansbank after the necessary check to the accounts of QNB London branch and you will get paid. You can only withdraw money at QNB London branch if there is adequate cash amount in your accounts in the same currency at QNB Finansbank.

Emergency Credit Card Limit Increase

You can request a limit increase on our online branch, from the Call Center or by texting LIMIT as an SMS to 2273*. You can also accept the offer of limit increase by the Bank to submit your request for limit increase.

*Each SMS sent to 2273 is charged as 1 text message by the operator’s own tariffs.

The credit card limit is determined for your domestic and international expenses and cash withdrawals. The limit determined is specific to you and all your QNB Finansbank personal credit card limits are the same.

In line with the legal regulations, your total credit card limit at all banks may exceed 2 times the annual monthly average net income for the first year and 4 times your monthly income in the following years.

What is the Standard Limit?
This is the limit you can use for domestic and foreign shopping and cash withdrawals.

What is an Emergency Limit?
It is the limit consisting of the sum of your standard limit and the additional limit that you can only use in the payments at hospitals, Automatic Invoice Payment instructions and the CardFinans Statement Security insurance premium payments. The additional limit is defined according to the information of our clients, who are found eligible by the assessment by the bank.

Where can I Submit My Limit Increase Request?
You can request a limit increase on our online branch, from the Call Center or by texting LIMIT as an SMS to 2273*. You can also accept the offer of limit increase by the Bank to submit your request for limit increase.

*Each SMS sent to 2273 is charged as 1 text message by the operator’s own tariffs.

What is the Periodic Limit Increase Instruction?
This is an instruction you can easily give to increase your limit if you do not have any different request after being informed of the possible limit increase 15 days in advance. Your eligibility for this instruction will be determined upon regular evaluations of your credit card limit.

If you have a periodic limit increase instruction, we inform you before we increase your limit and if you do not have any objections, we increase your limit after the final assessment. If you do not want to increase your limit, text No as an SMS to 2273 or call +90 850 222 0900 to submit your request that you do not want to increase the limit for this period. You may cancel your periodic limit increase instructions at any time by calling our Call Center.

Emergency Credit Card Renewal and Emergency Cash

We are here when your credit card is lost abroad!

If your QNB Finansbank personal credit card with MasterCard logo is stolen or lost abroad, you can call QNB First Service and Concierge Line at +90 850 222 0900/9 and request Emergency Card Renewal and Emergency Cash.

Your emergency credit card will be delivered to the address you specified in maximum 2 business days. If you prefer your card to be delivered to you immediately, you may receive your card with the first cargo flight.

You may request Emergency cash in order not to suffer any shortage in cash until your emergency card is delivered to you and you may collect your cash from Western Union branches in 2 hours.

QNB First Concierge Service

Within the scope of the Concierge Program; you can get information and support about travel, social life, entertainment and many other issues in Turkey and abroad with your QNB brand credit card!

You can benefit from this service 24/7 free of charge! Contact our bank's +90 850 222 0900/9 QNB FIRST Service and Concierge Line to get more information and benefit from this service. The service is offered 24 hours a day, 7 days a week without any time limitations.

Terms of Service:

  • All you need to do is to call the QNB First Service and Concierge Line at +90 850 222 0900/9 in order to benefit from this service.
  • All services are valid both in Turkey and abroad.
  • In exchange for the service offered, all payments to be made to organization teams and firms via use of the service will be made to DMS*; service payments will be made with your QNB First or Xclusive brand credit card.
  • No service fee will be charged to clients for the concierge program; card holders will make payments only for services provided by suppliers and organization companies. The concierge program covers information, travel, accommodation, entertainment, gift finding/delivery and organization management/concierge services.
  • Travel and Concierge Services are offered by Doğuş Müşteri Sistemleri A.Ş. (DMS) on behalf of QNB Finansbank. QNB Finansbank reserves the right to change contents of the Travel and Concierge Service depending on the market conditions and to stop the service.
