You can use Western Union tab under Money Transfers menu on our "QNB Mobil" to perform your money transfer or pick up transactions and calculate charges for your money transfer transactions. You can also display your previous money transfer or withdrawal transactions through Western Union on our "QNB Mobil" and cancel your money transfer in the transaction day before the receiver picks up the money.

How to pick up money through Western Union

You can visit the nearest QNB Finansbank branch across Turkey and pick up your money through Western Union. You can pick up your money from a teller by stating your MTCN (Money Transfer Control Number) and showing your valid ID without paying any fee.

You can also perform your Western Union money pick up transaction on our Mobile Branch.

How to send money through Western Union

You can transfer money by visiting the nearest QNB Finansbank branch across Turkey and showing your valid ID. If you notify the receiver of MTCN (Money Transfer Control Number) to be provided to you after the transaction, you can ensure that receiver gets the money within minutes*

Turkish citizens can perform Western Union transactions with their ID card, driver's license or passport.
Non-Turkish citizens can perform Western Union transactions with their passport, certificate of residence or travel document for refugees.
